Born and raised in Jefferson City, Missouri, Rowan spent her childhood in the quiet bustle of a small capital city. This time around government gave her a passion for the law. She first graduated from Missouri State University magna cum laude with a degree in Professional Writing. Then, she moved out to Eugene to fulfill her passion and attended law school at the University of Oregon. Post-graduation in 2022, she clerked for the Honorable Bradley A. Cascagnette of the Lane County Circuit Court.
When not zealously working to assist her clients, Rowan likes to spend her time with her fiancé, Levi, and their polydactyl cat, Astrid. She also enjoys practicing the cello and bass guitar, going to the movies, and spending time on the coast.
