As a Lane County native, Erek has deep roots in the community. He has gone to school and worked in Eugene most of his life. Before being an attorney, Erek was employed in several different areas, including property management, mental health, and sales.
Erek is a “double duck,” receiving both his undergraduate degree in political science and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Oregon.
During law school, Erek worked in immigration law, clerked for the Honorable Judge Bassi at the Lane County Circuit Court, and clerked at Luvaas Cobb. After graduation, Erek joined Luvaas Cobb as an associate.
When outside of the office, Erek plays in a local band. He also enjoys watching sports, exercising, watching live music, camping, and volunteering in the community.
