Monica began her career as a legal assistant in Eugene in 1985 and joined Luvaas Cobb in 1991. She currently provides paralegal support to Jessica A. Rogers and Andrew MJ Pinchin, who specialize in the areas of estate planning, protective proceedings, and probate.
Monica also assists the firm’s attorneys with judgment collections and she is the firm’s in-house licensed private investigator, having obtained her license from the State of Oregon in 2004. As an investigator, she provides general investigatory services to the firm’s attorneys and clients, specializing in background and asset investigations, skip tracing, national and regional locates (missing persons and witnesses, adoptions, estate heirs, etc.), and public records research. Monica is a member of the Oregon Association of Licensed Investigators and the National Professional Skip Tracers Association, and is also an Oregon Notary Public.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys travel, camping, and hiking with her husband and furry four-legged kids.
