I learned the following quote as a child and it has made an impression on me through college, law school, and now here at Luvaas Cobb: “That which you persist . . . the power to do has increased.” Ralph W. Emerson. I believe preparation is the true indicator of success. As such, I prepare and strive to provide the best legal care for all of our clients, in all fields of the law.”
Kourtney was raised in Boise, Idaho, where upon graduation she attended the University of Utah. There, she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Political Science and a Minor in Business. Kourtney then relocated to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon, School of Law.
Her history with the firm dates back to 2018, when she was hired as a temp employee. After starting law school, Kourtney then returned to the firm in 2020 as a law clerk—which ultimately led to her position as an associate attorney in 2021.
Kourtney has experience working in law firms and as an extern for Judge Charles D. Carlson. Those experiences have fostered Kourtney’s dedication, aptitude for legal research and writing, zeal for the law, and passion to advocate on behalf of others. These attributes make her an asset to our firm and the clients we represent.
When not in the office, Kourtney aims to maintain a healthy work-life balance. You can often find her golfing, hiking, camping, or enjoying a good book.
