Andy enjoys helping his clients both plan for the future and protect their present rights. No matter what the issue, Andy gives each client the same high level of commitment.
Andy’s practice encompasses a variety of areas. He represents fiduciaries or beneficiaries in trust and estate administrations, both in uncontested and contested estates. Andy also practices elder law, including guardianships and conservatorships, and cases of elder financial abuse. Other practice areas include business, estate planning, trademark registrations, and real property law. Andy has successfully litigated cases for individuals and local businesses in a range of matters including trusts and probate, real estate, contracts, and property damage.
Andy is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the Lane County Bar Association. Andy is admitted to practice in all Oregon state and federal courts.
Born in England, Andy moved to Oregon in 2010 to attend law school. Prior to that, Andy spent many years traveling the world on Carnival and Cunard cruise lines as a showband musician playing guitar. This adventurous time in his life took him to six continents while working with colleagues representing over 70 nationalities.
While attending the University of Oregon School of Law, Andy was on the Oregon Law Review where he served as Managing Editor between 2012 and 2013 and was awarded the Maxine Lee Award for Editorial Excellence in 2012.
Andy spends most time out of the office enjoying activities with his family. He is a much better lawyer than golfer, but likes getting out on the course when he can.
